Who I Am?
Born in Cagliari, a charming Italian town with 154,000 inhabitants and the proud capital of Sardinia, Italy, Federico Tidu’s culinary journey began at the tender age of 13.
Embarking on a global culinary adventure, Federico gained invaluable experiences in Michelin- starred Restaurants and luxury 5-star Hotels and Resorts. Notable establishments include the Tivoli Restaurant and Hotel Tyrol in Italy, Pilu at Freshwater, and Cable Beach Resort in Australia. His culinary odyssey extended to Tokyo, Japan, where he was captivated by the country’s richness, quality, and diversity of products. He contributed his skills to the esteemed Bvlgari Restaurant, listed among Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants.
